This means the content you wrote or had a ghostwriter write for you had keyword terms your potential prospect was looking for online. The more content you have on your website the better. Keep in mind that it takes time to build a website full of helpful material, but if you make it a point to do at least 1-3 a week, then it will build. You can do more, but this is just a stepping-stone.

While the above information is important, you want to find keywords that don't have very much competition. The less there is the better chance you have of being on the front page. However, the main goal is to give your visitors helpful information. You'll most likely sprinkle keywords throughout the articles in the beginning regardless, but the more you learn, the more benefits you'll have in the end.
